I am a qualified counsellor accredited by the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and the Irish Association Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) with many years of experience in providing both short and long term counselling.
My philosophy is that each person is unique and deserves that I work with them individually and specifically. For this purpose, I use Humanistic and Person Centred Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
I provide a private, confidential, supportive and caring space, where you can talk without fear of judgement.
I have experience in working with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, work difficulties, bereavement, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, anger, OCD, self esteem and confidence building.
