Mindfulness is a great practice which can help us deal more effectively with difficult times and can help us to appreciate more the good times. And it has been found to change for the better how people experience their lives. However it is still sometimes a difficult practice to incorporate into daily life. Part of the reason is that people find it hard to do, we have so many distractions in our lives. And part of the reason is that we turn ourselves into a self-improvement project and it can feel like another duty.
